What this is

Reepo is a trade show lead capture platform for exhibitors who need tablet rental, lead collection, and a clean workflow around event setup.

Who it is for

It is for trade show exhibitors and Reepo staff who need to request quotes, approve shows, prepare tablets, capture leads, and manage follow-up.

Why I built it

Trade show lead capture has two sides: the exhibitor needs a simple capture tool, and the operator needs control over quotes, access, payments, and show status.

Problem / Solution

The problem

At trade shows, useful conversations often disappear into loose notes, business cards, or messy spreadsheets. On the business side, tablet rental and event access also need a clear quote approval workflow so pricing, payments, and show status stay under control.

The solution

Reepo gives exhibitors a tablet-friendly lead capture flow and a client dashboard for managing leads after the event. Reepo staff get super admin screens for reviewing quote requests, approving shows, managing clients, and tracking payment state.

Build notes

Reepo is more than a capture form. The useful work is in the full show lifecycle: quote requested, approved, active, closed, and archived. The system keeps lead capture simple for exhibitors while giving Reepo staff the admin controls needed to run tablet rental and event access.
